Role

The Project Support Officer will play a crucial role in facilitating the delivery of IPS programmes across England. This position involves supporting the team in various operational tasks, engaging with community organisations, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of IPS services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the delivery of IPS programmes through community engagement and event planning.
  • Provide organisational development support to community organisations.
  • Contribute to bid writing and project management activities.
  • Engage with Locality members to leverage their experiences.
  • Liaise with external partners to enhance project outcomes.
  • Manage CRM systems, file management, and project tracking tools.
  • Ensure compliance with Social Finance’s policies and procedures.

The person

  • Experience in a support role within a dynamic team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both digital and face-to-face.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in digital tools for data analysis, document preparation, and presentation creation.
  • Adaptability and willingness to travel as required.
