Responsibilities
Individual Placement & Support – IPS – Employment services support people to find paid employment as part of their recovery. Day to day you will be supporting clients with mental health support needs to find and sustain paid employment as a key element of their recovery – engaging with employers and building good working relationships with Mental Health teams along the way.
You’ll offer support, careers advice and guidance, helping people to set their own recovery and employment focused goals and provide training in personal and skills development such as CV preparation, interview techniques etc.
Additionally, you will have responsibility for maintaining efficient admin systems to ensure referrals, assessments, progress and reviews are completed in a timely manner.
The person
We are looking for:
Experience of working in a customer facing environment e.g. Customer Services, Social Care, Hospitality, Sales etc
Experience of working in a performance target driven environment
Willingness to travel locally and dedicated to working in the community.
The successful candidate needs to have their own vehicle and a full UK driving license.
