Outstanding Contribution to IPS Employment Support Award
- Commissioners
- IPS providers
- IPS specialists
Award Overview
The Caribbean and African Healthcare Network (CAHN) award recognises a Black practitioner or leader working in IPS services in England who has made a meaningful and positive difference through their work.
It celebrates people who are delivering high-quality, person-centred, strengths-based IPS; supporting people into paid employment; challenging inequity and helping to create more inclusive services and systems.
This award forms part of a wider IPS recognition programme that celebrates excellence, impact, and inclusion across the IPS community. Alongside this award, additional categories will be presented in October to recognise a broad range of contributions to IPS delivery, leadership, innovation, and lived experience.
Together, these awards aim to highlight the diversity of talent across IPS services and reinforce our shared commitment to high‑quality, equitable support.
