Job Retention is strongly connected to the promotion of mental health. This course serves as a deep dive into how job retention can be encouraged by understanding the job retention process and the key players involved. This course is funded by NHS England and written in collaboration between IPS Grow and Centre for Mental Health.

Course Details

Spread across 4 core modules, the course provides a foundational education of the job retention process. It covers topics like the assessment process, helping clients broker workplace adjustments, as well as the creation and evaluation of a return to work plan.

Launching on 29 April, this course is free to complete and targeted towards IPS Employment Specialists who have been in post for at least 6 months.
