In the latest phase of our support, IPS Grow has created a dedicated Workforce team.

A key part of our offer is to support Employment Specialists and Team Leaders within the first 12 months in their role.

This will be achieved through a package of structured sessions to guide new staff through key aspects of the IPS model, enabling opportunities for reflection, peer support, and mentoring.
