We recently spoke with Mollie Huckin, an Employment Specialist from Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. Mollie shares her personal mental health experience at work and the impact that it had on her. She also shares some practice and tips on dealing with mental health at work which IPS community members will find helpful.

Everyone working in IPS services brings not only their professional expertise but also a wealth of personal experience that, when used appropriately, can be valuable in helping people to gain and sustain employment.

Getting back into employment can be a vital part of a recovery journey – providing structure, social networks as well improved mental health, self-esteem, and financial independence.
